1. The service
KudosMonk provides review-generation and reputation-management software operated by Digital Monk Marketing. Plans, fees, and included features are described on the pricing page and your order form.
2. No review gating or incentives
You agree not to use the service to suppress negative reviews, selectively solicit reviews, or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. The platform is designed to make such use impossible; attempting to circumvent this is grounds for termination.
3. Your content & data
You retain ownership of your business data. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service on your behalf — sending requests, generating assets, and producing reports.
4. Cancellation
No long-term contracts. On cancellation, your vanity links degrade to a neutral page (never a dead link), your data is exportable, and it is purged after the grace period.
5. Liability
The service is provided as-is; our liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
