1. What we collect
KudosMonk collects the minimum personal information needed to send review requests on behalf of our client businesses: a customer's name and email or phone number, plus the feedback they choose to share. We never collect health or treatment details, and we tell our healthcare clients not to send them to us.
2. How it's used
Contact details are used only to deliver review requests and follow-ups for the business you visited. Private feedback goes to that business alone — it is never published, sold, or used for advertising.
3. Consent & opt-out
Every message includes a one-tap unsubscribe. Opt-outs are honoured immediately and permanently across email and SMS, and we keep a record of when and how consent was given (PIPEDA / CASL).
4. Retention & deletion
Data is retained while the business remains a client and for a defined grace period after offboarding. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@kudosmonk.com.
5. Where data lives
Data is stored with SOC 2-compliant cloud providers. Access is restricted, logged, and isolated per business — one client can never see another's data.
